1. About TRHvision
TRHvision is a technology services company headquartered in India. We provide professional IT services
including but not limited to:

- Machine Learning Model Development & Deployment
- Business Intelligence Dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)

2. Definitions
- "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to TRHvision / [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME].
- "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity availing our services.
- "Services" refers to any IT service, product, or deliverable provided by TRHvision.
- "Website" refers to www.trhvision.in and all its subdomains.
3. Scope of Services
The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate
Service Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or
Proposal mutually agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of work. These
Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any such agreement.
4. Engagement & Project Process
- Discovery Phase: We begin with a consultation to understand your requirements and
business goals.
- Proposal & Agreement: A detailed proposal including scope, timeline, and pricing
will be shared. Work begins only after written acceptance (email or signed document).
- Development: Agile development methodology is followed with regular updates and
milestone demos.
- Delivery & Acceptance: Deliverables are shared for client review. Acceptance is
assumed if no objections are raised within 7 business days of delivery.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are as specified in the individual Service Agreement or Proposal.
- Typically, projects require an advance payment of 30–50% before work begins, with
the balance due upon delivery or in milestone-based installments.
- Payments can be made via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking), bank
transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), or other approved methods.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- GST (as applicable under Indian tax laws) will be charged in addition to the quoted price.
- Late payments beyond 15 days may attract an interest of 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom-developed
deliverables (code, designs, reports) as specified in the Service Agreement.
- TRHvision retains the right to use generic components, frameworks, and libraries
developed independently for other projects.
- TRHvision may showcase the project in its portfolio (without disclosing confidential information)
unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prohibits this.
- Pre-existing intellectual property of either party remains the property of its original owner.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, business data, trade
secrets, and technical details shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of
the agreement for a period of 2 years.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide timely and accurate information, data, content, and access credentials as required.
- Designate a single point of contact for communication and approvals.
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timelines.
- Ensure that all content provided to TRHvision does not infringe any third-party intellectual
property rights.
9. Warranties & Disclaimers
- TRHvision warrants that all services will be performed with professional skill and
care consistent with industry standards.
- We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty from the date of delivery for any functional
defects in the delivered software.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue increase, traffic
growth, or search engine rankings) unless explicitly committed in writing.
- The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as
available" basis for informational and service-engagement purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRHvision's total liability for any claims arising out of or
related to the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in
question. In no event shall TRHvision be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or
punitive damages.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 15 days' written notice via
email.
- Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
- TRHvision will deliver all work-in-progress upon receipt of final payment.
- Refund of any advance payments will be governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond
reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war,
strikes, Internet outages, or power failures.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any
disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts in [YOUR CITY], India. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve
disputes through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, mediation before resorting to litigation.
14. Modifications
TRHvision reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on

modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
